About Us

A helping hand for anyone in need

Helping Hands Disability Care is a registered NDIS provider built on a simple idea — that great support comes from genuine relationships.

We treat every person as an individual — never a number — and build support around the life they want to live.

Our story

Support shaped by the people we serve

We started Helping Hands because we saw how much difference the right support makes — and how often people felt like just a number. We do things differently.

We take the time to understand each person, match them with support workers they click with, and back families with clear, reliable communication every step of the way.

Our vision

To be a provider where everyone feels heard, whose employees are proud of who they work for — growing not just as a provider, but as a community of people helping each other.

Our mission

To put participants first — listening to them, respecting their privacy, and developing support around them that promotes ongoing growth and independence.
